Your special day should not be hurried--and of course, no wedding is complete without the rehearsal beforehand. It is our policy that every wedding and every event be a special and memorable occasion.
We have several excellent choices of caterers. Other vendors, such as florists, bands, disc jockeys, photographers, and videographers, etc., are a matter of choice for you. We are glad to suggest names of quality providers. We request that the vendors be bonded, insured, and have workers' compensation insurance.
Tables and chairs can be rented through some of our select caterers or from nearby rental companies.

| Wedding day rental includes use of the house, pavilion, and grounds between the hours of 10am and 10pm. Includes two hours for rehearsal the evening before. Limit 350 guests. Rooms available for rent night before wedding and night of wedding for a charge of $150 per night (three rooms available with maximum of two adults per room).

Deposits: Half is due at booking, remainder due 90 days prior to event.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is due 90 days prior to the scheduled event. It will be refunded (less any damage charges or corrected guest totals) two weeks after the event. A $500 deposit is required for groups of less than 100, and a $750 deposit is required for groups of 100 and over.
Additional Fees: Celebrations that include alcoholic beverages (only allowed if served by a licensed caterer) will be charged an additional $20 per hour for security guard(s). One guard required for 100 or less guests. Minimum of two guards for weddings with over 100 guests. No kegs allowed, please.
Checks: Checks should be made payable to Lenora's Legacy and should be sent (for 1/2 deposit) at the time the reservation is booked.
Tours: Tours are given by appointment only.
